Your seat reservation expired because the checkout timer ran out before you paid, so the site released your seats and put them back on sale. Go back to the event, choose your seats again and pay while the new timer runs.

What the message means

When you add reserved seats to your cart, we hold them for you for a short time. A bar at checkout reads "Your seats are reserved for", with a countdown. When it reaches zero, the bar changes to "Your seat reservation has expired." and the pay button stops working.

The site then shows a message that names the seat and its zone. It says your seat reservation expired and was released, and asks you to return to the event to book again.

Book your seats again

  1. Press Choose seats again in the timer bar, or open the concert from the events page and press Book Now.
  2. Pick your zone and your seats on the plan. Someone else may have taken your first choice in the meantime.
  3. Press Add to Cart. A new timer starts.
  4. Fill in your details and pay before the timer runs out.

Choose your seats on the seating plan covers each step on the plan.

Pay in time next time

Have your payment card ready before you pick seats, and pick all of them in one go. Checkout then asks only for your details and the payment.

If this does not work

My seats are gone

Another buyer took them after they went back on sale. Pick other seats in the same zone, or press Back to zones and try another. If every zone shows "Sold out", read The event is sold out. Can I still get a ticket?

Money left my account but I have no order number

Do not book again yet. Read Did my booking go through? and My payment failed first, so you do not pay twice.

The timer runs out every time
