To choose seats when booking concert tickets at a KalaSudha event with reserved seats, press Book Now and pick a zone on the seating plan. Then tap the seats you want and press Add to Cart. You can hold up to six seats per event in one order, and we keep them for you while the timer runs at checkout.
Pick your seats
- Open the concert from the events page and press Book Now.
- The plan, marked "Stage" at the front, shows each zone, such as Front, Stall or Balcony, with its price and how many seats are available.
- Pick a zone. Its rows and numbered seats open.
- Tap the seats you want. The summary reads "No seats selected" until you pick one.
- To try another zone, press Back to zones.
- Check the seats and the total, then press Add to Cart and go to checkout.
What the seat key means
- Available: free for you to pick in this booking.
- Selected: your choice in this booking.
- Taken: someone else has booked it.
- Wheelchair accessible: a wheelchair space, marked with the wheelchair symbol.
Wheelchair spaces cannot be bought online. Write to us to book one, as Book with access needs or bring a carer explains.
Zones and prices
Each zone lists its ticket types and when each one sells, for example "Early Bird" until a date and "General Admission" from that date. Early bird and general admission tickets can sell from the same seats. Ticket types explains the difference.
Some zones have no numbered seats. There you choose how many tickets you want, and on the day you sit anywhere in that zone. To check which kind of seating a concert has, read Is my seat reserved, or do I sit anywhere?
How long we hold your seats
Once your seats are in the cart, a bar shows "Your seats are reserved for" with a countdown. Pay while the timer runs. If it runs out, the seats go back on sale. Your seat reservation expired and was released shows what to do.
After you book
Your ticket email lists your seats, and each ticket in the PDF shows its seat. You choose seats before you pay; the site has no way to change them afterwards, so check the plan before you press Add to Cart.
If this does not work
- A zone shows "Sold out": it has no seats left. Try another zone.
- You see "You can hold at most 6 seats for this event at a time. For larger group bookings please contact us.": pay for the seats in your cart first, or read Book for a group of more than six.
- You see "Too many booking attempts. Please wait a while and try again.": wait a while, then start again.
