What KalaSudha can do for your festival or venue

Presenters anywhere in the world book the artists we promote. You decide how much of the work we take on: we can curate the programme, manage the artists or run the whole stage. For visiting performers, we prepare the visa paperwork.

Send a presenter enquiry

1. Open the page to book Indian classical musicians and press Send an enquiry. The form "Presenter enquiry" opens.
2. Fill in First name, Email and Organisation. Your role and a WhatsApp number are optional.
3. Describe your plans in the box that asks what you want to arrange. The next section lists what helps.
4. Answer the check question at the foot of the form and press Send an enquiry.
5. Open the email we send you and press Review and confirm or decline within seven days.

What happens next

Our team receives your enquiry only after you confirm it. We then reply by email within one working day, and the proposal and quote follow from that conversation. The form says: "Sending it does not book artists or commit you to anything."
