My class was moved. Where do I see the new time?

When your instructor or KalaSudha moves a class, My Meetings shows the new start time, and in most cases an email headed "Meeting Time Updated" gives the new time. Your join link stays the same. The room opens 5 minutes before the new start.

The email about the new time

The email's subject reads "Updated:" followed by the class title. It says "The scheduled time for the following meeting has changed. Please use the new time below." Under that it lists the host, the New time and the time the class Ends, with a Join Meeting button.

For a child learner without an email address of their own, the email goes to the parent or guardian who manages them. Add a child as a learner explains how that works.

Check the time in My Meetings

1. Sign in on the sign-in page.
2. Open My Meetings. The class sits under Active Meetings, and its Start Time column shows the new time.
3. Press Join Meeting when it switches on, 5 minutes before the new start.

My Meetings always shows the current time, so check it there whenever an email and your calendar disagree.

Booked one-to-one lessons

When a booked lesson moves, your reminder emails follow the new slot, 24 hours and 20 minutes before it. Their Join Video Session button opens the same class room.
