What happens to the details I send in an enquiry form?

KalaSudha keeps the details you send in an enquiry for two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We use them only to reply to you and to work out whether we can work together. We do not sell them.

What we collect from an enquiry

You can send an enquiry through our website, by email, or through a form on Facebook or Instagram. In each case we collect your contact details and the information you choose to give us.

Artists enquiring about teaching

If you are an artist asking about teaching with us, our privacy policy says the information includes your discipline and grading. It also includes your awards, qualifications, positions held, teaching experience and links to your work.

We use these details in the same way: to reply and to see whether we can work together.

Who sees your enquiry

We do not share your enquiry outside KalaSudha Ltd. The one exception is the service providers who host our systems.
