When you work with KalaSudha, you keep the copyright in your music. Our terms and conditions say the copyright stays with the artist, as the artist's property, fully protected by law. KalaSudha may promote, sell and distribute the music, book, album or film made with us.

How working with us starts

You submit your work to us, whether you want your music published, an album released or video clips made. Our panel decides on it and guides you. It then enters into a legal agreement with you before the work goes ahead.

What the terms say

The copyright clause reads: "The artist will have copyright with himself/herself; it is his property, and strictly inviolable, fully protected by law. We are fully entitled to promote, sell, distribute, do business etc., with the music produced, book published, album created, film shot, etc. Any copyright violation or infringement will not be tolerated, and we will take legal recourse to protect the artists' copyright."

If someone copies your work

We take legal action against copyright infringement to protect your copyright.

Where the detail sits

The legal agreement you make with us sets out the detail for your own work.
