Which occasions we play for

Hosts book the musicians we promote for weddings and for the sangeet, mehndi and engagement parties around them. We also play family celebrations, house concerts, prayer meetings and memorials. Send a private or corporate event enquiry

2. Fill in your name and email, then pick your occasion under What is the occasion? If none fits, choose Something else.
3. Add Town or city of the event and Country of the event. Give the Event date (if you know it).
4. Under Tell us about the event, describe the guests, the setting and the music you have in mind. Say if you would like dancers too.
5. Leave the company name and WhatsApp number blank if they do not apply, then answer the check question and press Send an enquiry.
6. Open the email we send you and press Review and confirm or decline within seven days.

Enquire early

The page says: "Enquire as far in advance as you can, because artists who travel from India need time for the visa paperwork." We prepare that paperwork for the artists.

What happens next

Our team receives your enquiry only after you confirm it. We then reply by email within one working day, and the proposal and quote follow from that conversation. The form says: "Sending it does not book musicians or commit you or KalaSudha to anything."
