What to include when contacting customer support at KalaSudha depends on the question. For a booking, send the event name and date, the email you booked with and your order number. For a problem on the site, send the page address, what you did and what you saw.

Put them in your first message and we need not ask for them. We reply within one working day.

For a booking or a payment

  • The event name and its date. Find the event on the events page if you are unsure of either.
  • The email address you booked with. Give it even if you write from another address.
  • Your order number, shown on the confirmation page after you pay.

Your order page gives the same number as the booking reference, and the ticket email carries it in the subject: "Your tickets for [event] - Order #[number]". Find your order, receipt or invoice and Find your tickets after booking list other places it shows. If you are not sure the booking went through, read Did my booking go through? before you write.

If a payment failed, tell us the time you tried and what the screen said. My payment failed or was interrupted has the checks to run first.

For a problem with a page

  • The address of the page, or the name of the event or course it belongs to.
  • The step you took, and what appeared on the screen after it. Copy any error message word for word.
  • A screenshot, where it shows the problem.

The Feedback on this page link in the footer sends the page address, your screen size and your browser for you. Report a problem with a page walks through it.

For a course

Tell us your current level, the discipline and your goals. Our courses and the academy pages show what we teach, so name the course if you have one in mind.

For a project or a performance

Give your location and the dates you have in mind. Tell us who the audience or learners are, and your budget if you know it. Add links to your work. Choose Projects and collaborations as the topic on the contact page.

For access needs

Write to us before you book, and tell us what you need. Book with access needs or bring a carer explains what to send.

What never to send

Never write a card number or a password in a message or an email. For a payment question, send the order number instead.

How much room you have

The contact page form takes up to 1,200 characters. A message from the round message button takes up to 4,000, and when you are signed in it takes up to five files of 10 MB each. A longer account, or more files, can go by email to [email protected].
